Italian pasta, Italy’s pride and joy. No, it wasn’t the Italians who invented it, but the Chinese! China and Italy have been fighting over the “pasta patent” for a long time, but since 2005 there has been certainty: during excavations in China, a 4000-year-old sealed stoneware bowl containing pasta was found.
But don’t worry, we will spoil you with Italian specialties such as homemade lasagne, homemade spaghettini and pasta from Val Poschiavo.

How to find us
The Ristorante Pasta e Basta is part of the Berghotel Randolins St. Moritz. So you can also follow the hotel signs at any time. We are easily accessible by car anyway – in summer as well as in winter.
By car or electric car
At the bus stop Somplaz, take the turnoff in the direction of Suvretta. Follow the official hotel signs “Randolins”. Don’t be surprised, you will pass two driving bans if you drive up the Suvretta hill by car. Don’t worry, in the small print it says: “except guests of Hotel Randolins”. Enough parking spaces are available here anyway and of course free of charge for our restaurant guests.
It is also possible to arrive by electric car. While you are “filling up” in our restaurant, your car will also recharge its batteries at our on-site e-charging station.
